Russell is a veteran account leader and marketing strategist in the advertising agency world having spent 22 years in traditional and interactive agencies managing global and emerging technology and consumer brands. Russell’s experience comes from working at some of the world’s finest agencies: McCann, Foote Cone & Belding, Publicis and Lowe SMS NY as well as being a founding Partner of SF Interactive. SF Interactive was the largest independently-owned interactive agency in the United States and widely regarded as the industry leader for online advertising. Before TheorySF, Russell managed the $250 million global XBOX media account.

Chip is TSF’s Chief Creative Officer Co-Founder and over the course of his career he’s led creative teams at various creative agencies up and down the left coast including Deutsch/LA, M&C Saatchi, Eleven and Goodby Silverstein & Partners. He’s created work for a diverse range of clients, including Nike, General Motors, Cisco, Apple, Playstation, Tesco, The Walt Disney Co. and The Rolling Stones.
